SAGE Organization (SAGE) is a legally registered Non Governmental Organization registered both in Kenya and Somalia. Established in the year 2013 out of the need to improve the nutritional wellbeing of the Kenyan and Somali people.

Who We Are

SAGE Organization (SAGE) is a legally registered Non Governmental Organization registered both in Kenya and Somalia. Established in the year 2013 out of the need to improve the nutritional wellbeing of the Kenyan and Somali people. The Kenyan and Somali humanitarian context reveals many stakeholders and actors, nevertheless sub-optimal nutrition situation persists. This scenario has prompted Sage to synergize its efforts with like-minded organizations in addressing weak links in the on-going nutrition response efforts.

SAGE Organization is working towards achieving its planned goals and objectives for the benefit of its target groups the boys and girls, men and women; vulnerable, marginalized and minority groups and humanitarian workers by broadly raising, mobilizing and disbursing funds and other resources for the promotion of the nutrition wellbeing of children, women of child bearing age and older persons, through the organization.

Grassroots Partners

Our strategies in the implementation of our programs are mainly through collaboration with representatives from the target communities, line ministries, medical institutions, schools, etc.
In Humanitarian Relief interventions, SAGE Organization works closely with the representatives of the beneficiary communities. The collaboration covers needs assessment, identification of the program beneficiaries and the grassroots logistical support during the implementation.
SAGE Organization has also cultivated good relations with the Elders, Religious leaders and the general beneficiary communities.
